Just a heads up…the AVMC is holding our 2^nd annual Duffman memorial run Sept. 9^th  sign up at the Red Eye 1000 to 1200…all proceeds are being donated to a cancer victim family

There is a Sept 11th memorial planned in Hayworth Park in Bellevue, understand it's a good thing, at least that's what's reported from those who went last year.
